• Which pass should I choose?

  It depends on how long you plan to stay in the city. We recommend the 1 day pass for most cruise travelers. The cost per day decreases as you choose a longer day option so this is what we would recommend for travelers that are staying in Miami longer than a day.

• Which destinations can I get passes for?

  We're currently serving Miami as our primary destination. However, we have exciting plans to extend our services to cover more of the beautiful state of Florida in the near future! Validity Of Pass

• Can I upgrade / extend the validity of my pass after purchase?

  Yes, you can. For instance, if you purchase a 3 days pass and decide to upgrade it to 5 days, you can contact the customer support team, and pay the difference. Please note that expired passes can not be upgraded. Upgrades can be applied for consecutive days.

• In which currency does Passin Miami charge?

  Our prices are in US dollars. If you pay with a foreign credit card, your bank may convert the amount to your local currency.

• Which pass should I purchase for my child?

  It depends on your child's age and how long you plan to spend in Miami. Children under the age of five do not need a Pass since it will be less expensive for you to pay their inpidual entry prices at each location rather than purchasing a Pass. Our Child Pass is available for children aged 5 to 12. The price of the Child Pass reflects the fact that certain activities and attractions are free for kids under 12 years old. Children who are 12 years old and older require an adult pass.

• Are there any discounts for groups, seniors, or students?

  Passin Miami is an excellent option for travelers to save money. Up to 50% in savings are yours. As your prices are the lowest we could possible get to, we only have an additional special price for children.If you have more than 10 travelers in your party, please contact us to discuss your options. Our team will support you in 24 hours. 

• How far in advance can I buy my pass?

  The validity of Passin Miami is one year after purchase. You may purchase and begin managing your bookings in advance if you are making travel arrangements to Miami. When you make a reservation, it won't be activated. With the first usage, it will become active. 

• How much Passin Miami cost?

• How do we choose attractions for you?

• What are the gate prices for the attractions?

  Passin Miami ensures savings. On Attractions page, you can discover the typical admission fees for attractions.

• Does the pass include all attractions in Miami?

  Passin Miami includes most of the top attractions. With Passin Miami, you may visit popular attractions without paying additional fees. Visit Attractions page / for a list of attractions. .

• Can I visit the same attraction twice?

  Passes are valid for single use at each attraction except for Bigbus that allows consecutive 24h admission.

Reservations

• Do I need to make reservations before visiting the attractions?

  Some attractions need reservations. Reservations must be made using your Passin Management Panel. Click here to login your panel.

• How can I see my reservations ?

  Passin City offers you to manage your Passin on your own. You can reach your Passin Management Panel here.

• How can I get my tickets on reservation required attractions ?

  You need to make your reservations through your Passin Management Panel. After that your ticket will be sent to your e-mail.

Cancellation & Refund & Amendment

• In case I can’t come to Miami, can I get my money back?

  If your travel plans change, we will (if no service was used) adjust your pass's validity dates free of charge. Alternately, we can extend the validity of your pass so that you can use it whenever you like for the next 12 months. If you don’t use your pass in 365 days you can request a full refund. 

• Can I get my money back if I can’t use my pass fully?

  Passin Miami ensures savings during your trip to Miami from the cost of the pass compared to the cost of admission to the attractions. If it turns out our passes cost more than if you’d just purchased individual attraction tickets, we’ll refund you the difference. You might be too tired to visit as many attractions as you had hoped to before purchasing the pass; you might miss the opening hours, or perhaps you only go to two attractions and don't want to see any more. We only compute the entrance gate fees for the attractions you visited, and we demand a $10 admin fee (cancellation fee). In the event that it is less than what you paid for use, we will return the remaining sum to you within 4 business days of your application. Please remember that in order for your reservation to count as unused, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

• I will not come to Miami. Can I give my pass to my friend?

   You can, indeed. You must get in touch with our customer service department. As soon as our team changes the pass owner information, it will be ready for your friend to use

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept, most debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. 

• Can I buy my pass when I am in Miami?

  Indeed, Passin Miami is entirely online, so you may purchase it and use it right away. However, since some attractions and services require reservations, we advise that you purchase the Pass as early as possible. Spend a few minutes browsing and making those reservations before you go to Miami with a peace of mind. 

Digital Pass

• How do I activate my pass?

  There are two ways to activate your pass:

  1. You can choose the dates you want to use by logging into your pass account. *Remember that pass counts calendar days rather than 24-hour days.

  2.Your pass will be activated upon first use of your pass at a partner attraction or service.

• How will I receive my pass?

  After completing your pass purchase, you will promptly receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to download and activate your passes.

• I have paid but have not received my confirmation email yet. What should I do?

  Please ensure you've checked your spam folder. If you still haven't received your email, kindly "Contact Us” 

• Can I use the confirmation email to enter attractions?

  No, you will be required to show either a digital or printed copy of your pass to access the attractions which can be accessed through your Confirmation Email.

Transportation

• How can I use my one-way airport transfer? Can I get a return transfer?

  After you buy your Passin Miami, you will be able to make a reservation for a free airport transfer from Miami Airport to Miami City Center. In addition, you will also have the option to get a discounted one-way private airport transfer from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Miami City Center online.

  Transfers to/from Miami Airport are FREE with the Passin Miami pass. Yes, you can get a return transfer discounted, but a second transfer is not included in the pass.
